The NE2KPlus driver is a generic NE2000 ethernet driver by Jochen Schäfer (js.josch@gmx.de).

It will recognize any NE2k compatible card with the ID of "Ethernet card".  This is
specifically for the Compex ReadyLink Enet-B ethernet card, and may include others
that use this ID.  If you'd like your card's ID to be added to this driver, let
him know.
